Everything went great on Saturday. Louis, Hector, and Hector were wonderful -- worked hard, worked as a team, did a beautiful job, and were very nice to work with. The only thing that went wrong was the elevator breaking down, which they took in stride even though it meant walking many extra miles to and from a much more distant elevator. This was a very hard move for me; my mom passed away, and I'm cleaning out her apartment. Watching how carefully and lovingly they handled each and every item -- even the somewhat junky stuff in the garage -- made it so much easier. And your customer service has been fantastic from the very beginning. Thank you for that. Please pass this feedback on to whoever in the hierarchy needs to hear it. You all deserve to be recognized.
